This tutorial will be showing you how to install the well known and very popular SkyDark build on Kodi 17.6 Krypton.

This is an extremely powerful and lightweight build (Only 200mb and optimised for all devices).

The build is one of the best Kodi Krypton builds available to download and install right now.

The build contains all of the best and latest Kodi; addons, plugins and features.

It includes all of the most popular and well known addons and plugins so you will be able to watch and stream anything you want on your device e.g. Laptop, Firestick, Roku.

The SkyDark build is easy to install and can be done by anyone, I will be teaching you how to do this below.

To install the latest version of the SkyDark build please follow these steps:

    1. Open up Kodi Krypton 17.6 on your devices
    2. First go to Settings
    3. Select system settings
    4. Click add-ons
    5. Enable “Unknown Sources”
    6. Click “Yes” when prompted
    7. Go back to the main menu
    8. Click settings again
    9. Go to “File Manager”
    10. Click “Add Source”
    11. Select the URL Box
    12. Enter the following URL: http://SkyDark.com/SkyDark
    13. Give the source a name you will remember e.g. SkyDark
    14. Click OK
    15. Go back to the main menu
    16. Go to Add-ons
    17. Click the install add-on box in the top left corner
    18. Select “Install from Zip File”
    19. Select the source you created earlier e.g. “SkyDark”
    20. Install the “repository.SkyDark-7.1.3.zip” file.
    21. Wait for it to install (Notification will appear in the top right corner – This may take a few minutes depending on how busy the server is, just wait patiently)
    22. Go back to the Kodi main menu.
    23. Select add-ons and then
    24. Select the SkyDark Repository you have just installed
    25. Select program addons and then find and download the Skydark Wizard and then open it.
    26. Inside the installer wizard, you will see the option to download and install the SkyDark build.
    27. If you already have a build installed, make sure to do a “Fresh/Clean” install.
    28. Wait for the download to automatically download, extract and install.
    29. If you are on a non-android device your Kodi 17.6 Krypton will automatically close, if you are on an android device like an Amazon Firestick you will have to unplug your device’s power and then turn it back on again.
    30. Re-open Kodi, your new build will load automatically.
    31. Important: Wait around 5 minutes for the build to fully load and update. Trying to use the build straightaway will cause it to be laggy/buffer or crash while it tries to update.
